Atlas Digital & Video Cables

Introduction

Many suggest there are no audible differences between different digital interconnects, but that's not true.

The Atlas interconnects are produced from a 75 Ohm cable. In production in order to arrive to 75 Ohms, we take the size of the centre or 'going' conductor relative to it's distance from the shield or return conductor. That distance which is formed from a foamed polyethylene determins the impedance. It follows if that distance is altered, then the impedance is also altered. It's for that reason that such interconnects should not be bent at an acute angle or crushed.

The superior Atlas non compressing RCA plug uses two conjugate brackets with tiny teeth to grip the cable without crushing it. These plugs which also self clean as they're inserted, do not alter the integrity of the cable and accordingly provide more information and deletion free sound or video without reflections or jitter.

The quality from HDMI cables differ according to the conductor type and quality. Atlas only use the finest quality materials and plugs in order to ensure the picture and sound quality meet our exacting standards.
